Transforming Waste into Valuable Resources

Overview

Semi-finished scrap products are valuable resources in recycling, providing intermediate materials that can be repurposed and processed to create new, high-quality products. These materials come from various industries, including automotive, electronics, and metalworking, and hold immense potential for sustainable manufacturing.

Here’s an overview of the types of semi-finished scrap products we collect and their applications:

  • Mild Steel Billets: Mild steel billets are a key semi-finished product in steel production, typically produced in square cross-sections of less than 36 sq. inches (230 sq. cm). They are extracted directly during the casting process of steel and are known for their ductility and softness, making them ideal for reshaping and further processing in the steel industry. These billets serve as the base for manufacturing items such as structural steel, bars, rods, and other long products.
  • Secondary Steel Pipes: Secondary steel pipes, also known as structural steel in tubular form, are highly versatile. These pipes are widely used in construction and infrastructure projects. Their applications include foundation reinforcements, bulkheads, and other structural requirements that demand durability and strength.
  • Machined Parts & Metal Components: These semi-finished metal components, which include partially assembled machinery, are essential in metalworking industries. Collected from various industrial processes, these parts are refined and reused in sectors ranging from automotive to heavy machinery manufacturing.
